The Purple Club Community has grown to over 600 members in just a few months, a clear sign of the strong need for connection within HR. As we experiment with different formats to create value, one recurring theme has stood out in our conversations with you; A desire for smaller groups of relevant peers, where you can have honest conversations and gain practical strategies, tips, and insights. Purple Minds is our response. This spring, we’re launching one pilot group in Stockholm and one in Norway to test the format. Together with the first participants, we’ll co-develop the concept before expanding to more groups.
As a participant in The Purple Minds initiative, you will get:
In-person meet up
Each group will kick off with a physical session to build trust, set expectations and align on shared principles.
Simployer covers all costs for this meet-up.
8 digital sessions throughout the year (60–90 minutes via Teams), shaped around topics chosen by the group. Sessions will focus on real challenges within HR, relevant to the group members. A member of The Purple Club Community team will facilitate the initial meetings to help structure the format and get the group going.
You’ll also get access to a private Slack channel for your Purple Minds group – a space to share ideas, as questions and help each other solve challenges between sessions. Engagement is optional but encouraged to get the most out of the experience.
